Moutonière’s Marketing Proposal

Project Overview

Goal:
Build a full-funnel ecommerce and performance marketing launch plan to take Moutonière, a luxury scarf and lifestyle brand, from $0 to $2M in online revenue within 12 months.

Approach:
I designed a 360° go-to-market strategy covering acquisition, retention, and ecommerce optimization. This included a 30/60/90-day roadmap, paid media funnel, audience segmentation, and a brand-driven creative strategy built around storytelling (“From Sketch to Silk”).

The plan prioritized Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and influencer marketing as key acquisition channels. Onsite, I proposed UX enhancements, CRO testing cadences, and a content-driven merchandising model to elevate conversion and AOV. Retention was driven by Klaviyo email automation, LTV segmentation, and storytelling-based post-purchase flows.

The project demonstrates my ability to think like a full-stack ecommerce operator — combining growth strategy, performance marketing, and design-led UX to create scalable systems from the ground up.
